WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM ONLINE
If you wish to return an item you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to contact us via email. Please ensure the item is returned in the original condition, You will be entitled to a store credit. We do not accept returns outside of 30 days.
WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM IN STORE
We are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange on purchases in store, we do not offer refunds in store unless faulty. All Sale items are final and we do not accept returns in store.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange on items unless they are Final Sale items, please email customer care within 14 days and we can hold the item until we receive your returned item. You will need to include a self addressed satchel or will be charged standard shipping cost. Please ensure all items returned are in original condition.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY
We are sorry it an item you received was not perfect. Please follow the returns process below and send us a photo to chelseadgs@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel. We will meet our obligations under the Australian consumer law which may include replacing, repairing or refunding once we receive the item back. In some cases we will not require some items to be returned, please ensure we you receive clear instructions first..

DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Sale items (including discounted flash sales & codes) cannot be returned for a refund. Items reduced 50% and Final Sale are final and cannot be returned at all.
We do not offer return shipping costs.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS TO BE ISSUED ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM BACK.
